Jason Bialous' 2007 Pete front viewThis month’s eye-catching truck, aptly named Whitey, hails from historic Richmond, Virginia.

It’s a 2007 Peterbilt 379 with a 290 inch wheelbase. Owner Jason Bialous has upgraded the tractor with custom front and rear fiberglass fenders, 22 inch tapered front bumper, painted rear light bar, painted Rigmaster generator as well as many other modifications. All work was done by Richmond, VA Peterbilt.

Power is generated from a Caterpillar Acert 475 bhp engine mated to an 18 speed transmission.

The cab sports a 63 inch flattop sleeper with custom interior work done by the Chrome Shop Mafia of Joplin, Missouri. The customizing includes painted dash panels and gauge covers along with a painted aluminum floor. Jason had a 2 stick shifter installed. His “media center” features a Pioneer CD player, Pioneer navigation and a 19 inch TV/DVD flat screen TV in the sleeper.

Jason is an owner/operator leased to McCollister’s Transportation, an agent for United Van Lines. Bialous hauls all types of electronic and high value, time sensitive freight in a company supplied 2007 Kentucky electronics van. He runs all 48 states many of which are between the East Coast and California.

When he’s home off the road, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife Carrie and their 2 dogs and 3 cats. Some of Jason’s hobbies include playing golf, working around the house and talking about trucks with others on the Largecarmag.com discussion board.
